Field Employee Responsibilities
To help ensure accurate and complete data, as well as smooth operation of your business, all field employees are required to:
- Comply with Walmart password setup guidelines. Field employees are required to change their password every six months when prompted.
- Complete assigned certifications. When Accounts (Field Groups) POST their users to the system, they are required to provide the certification courses each user must complete. WDE System Admins select which courses an Account can use. Field employees can access the certification site at any time after initially creating their password by going to the following link: https://wmtvolt2.voltsystems.net/.
- Upload a clear photo, from shoulders up, for their ID badge.
- Check in and check out at the Walmart store they are servicing. Failure to do so will be logged as an exception and reported to both your company and Walmart. Failure to check out will also result in a system-forced check-out with an estimated time.
Please also note that:
- Field employees and their employing company are responsible for the internet connectivity of devices. Walmart is not responsible for internet connectivity.
- Field employees should keep password information secure and confidential. Walmart is not responsible for passwords.
