We expect the data refresh to be delayed for multiple datasets today (2026-06-05). We are actively working to resolve the issue and apologize for the inconvenience.
We have become aware that there is missing data for June 2, 2026 within our headless access Channel Performance solutions. This missing data is impacting Scintilla suppliers and the category advisor persona who rely on headless access (Cloud Feeds, Data Feeds API and Scintilla Media Data Feed). Our team investigated the issue and resolved it as of 2:00 pm CT this morning (6/3/26). Please see the next steps below on how to restore missing data. The data has been restated and published as an on-demand update in the status table. Suppliers could have manually used the status timestamp to read the restated store sales data using CDF on June 3. If they did not take manual action, then it processed automatically on June 4 via the normal CDF process.

We are aware of a data issue affecting reported values of POS Quantity and POS Sales values. Our teams are actively investigating and working toward a resolution. More information will be shared soon.
Service Advisory: Cloud Feeds Pipeline Delay We are currently experiencing an infrastructure issue impacting Cloud Feeds data pipelines due to a constraint within our platform. As a result, there may be delays in data availability and refreshes. We are actively engaging and working toward resolution. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
We have become aware that there is missing store sales data for May 26, 2026. This missing data is impacting Scintilla suppliers and the category advisor persona who rely on headless access (Cloud Feeds, Data Feeds API and Scintilla Media Data Feed). The planned January Release will include the following:
Table Enhancements
Store Fulfillment Update The Store Fulfillment (OPD) table has been re-launched with a significantly enhanced schema to support year-over-year analysis and improved store-level insights.
What’s New
The table now includes separate This Year (TY) and Last Year (LY) metrics for key Store Fulfillment measures, enabling easier year-over-year comparisons without requiring additional joins.
New store-level attributes, including Geographic Region Code and Operational Company Code, have been added.
Column naming has been standardized to clearly distinguish TY (ty) and LY (ly) metrics.
What Stayed the Same:
Existing access to the Store Fulfillment (OPD) table remains unchanged.
Refresh frequency and target refresh times are unchanged.
Core Store Fulfillment metrics continue to be available, now delivered in an expanded and more analysis-ready format.
Note: This update introduces a large number of new columns and replaces prior single-year metric fields. Customers are encouraged to review the updated documentation and adjust queries as needed to leverage the new schema.
New Tables
New for Suppliers:
SSI Table The Scintilla BI Link pre-joined SSI table delivers week-level aggregated data across nine source tables—Backroom Adjusted Inventory, Inventory Adjustments, MTR, MUMD, Store Customer Returns, Store Fulfillment (OPD), Store Inventory, Store Returns, and Store Sales—in a single pre-compiled dataset. Because the data is aggregated at the week grain, users should carefully review aggregations and calculations to ensure analytical accuracy.
