Omni Sales
The Omni Sales data provides information about your In-Store and eCommerce sales across five current service channels:
- Delivery
- Pickup
- Buy in Store
- Ship to Home
- Ship to Store
It also includes historical data from the Ship from Store service channel.
You can view this data at category–item–day granularity for your products that are supplied to Walmart as of the current date.
What are Omni Sales?
Omni Sales are a combination of both In-Store and eCommerce sales metrics. They provide a holistic view of your total item/category sales.
With this data, you can:
- Build reports to understand how customers order your products
- Analyze how customers choose to receive products across service channels
- Track how channel mix changes over time
- Create reports and recaps that roll up to the corporate level
Before diving deeper, it’s important to understand service channels.
